Marswell | Marswell and Ant Commercial Alliance Join Forces, Set to Launch

On August 5, 2020, Wu Jinhong, Chairman of Ant Business Alliance, and a delegation visited Hubei JiLi Food Co., Ltd. to discuss the future cooperation between the two companies.
The Ant (China) Business Alliance was jointly established by 12 commercial chain enterprises from six provinces across China, under the guiding principle of “Ant Business Alliance: United in Purpose, Achieving Win-Win Results.” It is a comprehensive alliance and cooperative organization, and currently more than 50 chain supermarkets have joined the Ant Business Alliance.
Upon arrival at the company, Wu Jinhong, Chairman of the Ant Business Alliance, along with a delegation, immediately toured all of the company’s production lines. During the tour, General Manager Gao Houxing briefed the delegation on the process flows and production capacities of the company’s manufacturing facilities, with particular emphasis on the nation’s first nut-and-fruit-and-vegetable popcorn concept and its associated production technology, which were newly launched in 2020.
At the negotiation meeting, the Chairman of Ant Business Alliance proposed a new model for future collaboration: transforming suppliers into service providers, thereby better serving each member of the alliance. Another innovative concept put forward by the Chairman is “product personalization.” In the future, every product will feature a unique QR code on its packaging. By scanning this code, consumers can not only explore the ideal usage scenarios for each product through short videos and comics, but also unleash their creativity to imagine new ways of using the product, adding even more enjoyment to the experience of savoring delicious food.
This collaboration marks a new stage of joint development for the two companies, under which they will leverage their respective brand identities, customer bases, and channel strengths to engage in in-depth OEM product cooperation. By fostering mutual synergy, they aim to achieve win-win outcomes, and immediately reached a consensus on cooperation, formally confirming their intent to collaborate.
