Statement on the Early Implementation of the New Food Labeling Regulatory Standards

Dear Consumers and Partners:
In active response to the updated national food safety standards and regulatory requirements—namely, GB 7718-2025 “National Food Safety Standard: General Rules for Labeling of Prepackaged Foods,” GB 28050-2025 “National Food Safety Standard: General Rules for Nutrition Labeling of Prepackaged Foods,” and the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Labeling—which are scheduled to take effect on March 16, 2027, our company has, since October 2025, gradually begun to transition the labels on products sold in the Chinese market, ensuring that all products bear labels compliant with the new requirements prior to the implementation of these new regulations.
The product range for label switching will cover the company. It manufactures a wide range of products, including puffed snacks, biscuits, and other food items.
During the transition period for label changes, both the old and new labeled products will be circulated in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We will continue to fulfill our primary responsibility for food safety and safeguard consumers’ rights and interests.
