As the pandemic entered its later stages and sporadic cases emerged in multiple locations, Wuhan once again lived up to its reputation as a “heroic city,” extending back the love and gratitude that had been sent to it.
Marswell popcorn is a well-known snack, and Hubei JiLi Food Co., Ltd. also originates from Wuhan. Every enterprise in Wuhan can deeply feel the disaster that the epidemic has brought to people and businesses. During the several-month lockdown, Wuhan demonstrated a spirit of unity and dedication that continues to influence everyone who has experienced this epidemic. These supplies were purchased with funds provided by Marswell employees under the leadership of Gao Marswell and then manually loaded onto the transport vehicles. This embodies our unity and solidarity—back then, support came from all directions; now, we are sending aid to all directions. This is not only an expression of gratitude but also a testament to our determination to defeat the epidemic. Before departure, Gao Marswell stated: “Marswell is lending a hand to Xi’an’s fight against the epidemic—cheering for our motherland!”
In addition to epidemic prevention supplies, Marswell, taking into account the difficulty hospital staff face in eating regular meals while working on the front lines, specially donated its new “Nut Popcorn” product. This innovative popcorn is healthier, more nutritious, and tastier than traditional high-oil, high-sugar, high-calorie varieties.
