Marswell | Health First, Never Relax on Epidemic Prevention and Control
17 Jan,2022
With the arrival of 2022, the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic remains a topic of concern across all sectors. As of 24:00 on January 11, the 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 221 new confirmed cases. The upcoming Spring Festival travel rush and peak travel periods will also pose challenges to epidemic prevention and control. Therefore, personal protection remains the most effective measure. Fighting the epidemic is the responsibility of everyone. Marswell would like to remind everyone that in daily life and work, we should continue to adhere to the following points:

1. Personal Protective Measures:
① Avoid crowded public places
② Wash your hands frequently, especially after touching public objects.
③ Strengthen physical exercise, maintain a regular daily routine, and ensure good indoor air circulation.
④ Conduct temperature checks diligently; report promptly if the temperature exceeds 37.3°C.
2. Work (study) protection:
① Strictly enforce the absence policy.
② Ensure proper disinfection and protective measures.
③ Learn the seven-step handwashing technique and proper etiquette for sneezing and coughing.
④ Travel in accordance with established guidelines; if you have visited medium- or high-risk areas for any reason, report it promptly.
3. Dietary precautions:
① Drink more warm water, eat vegetables, fruits, milk, and other healthy foods to boost immunity.
② Reduce the frequency of eating takeout.
③ Purchase food (especially raw foods) from reputable sources.
④ When eating snacks (such as delicious Marswell popcorn), remember to clean your hands.

The “battle” is not yet won, so we must remain vigilant in prevention and control. Reduce unnecessary outings and social activities, stay home and enjoy some binge-watching—snacking on delicious Marswell popcorn is a delightful way to relax! If you must go out, remember to wear a mask and wash your hands frequently. Protection starts with each of us; it’s our responsibility to ourselves and others. Marswell wishes you a smooth and safe 2022!
