Marswell Popcorn Makes Its Debut at the 27th Zhengzhou National Commodity Fair
China Food Safety News (Cai Yanjun): On October 15, the 27th Zhengzhou National Commodity Fair (hereinafter referred to as the Zhengzhou Fair) opened at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. The Zhengzhou Fair is a national-level commodity fair hosted by the People’s Government of Henan Province and co-organized by the People’s Government of Zhengzhou City and the Henan Provincial Department of Commerce.
Trade Fair Venue
Since its inception in 1995, the Zhengzhou Fair has played a vital role in invigorating the consumer market. This year’s edition focuses on key areas of everyday consumer spending, with dedicated exhibition zones for private-label brands, foodservice supply chains, supermarket and hypermarket supply chains, and agricultural and specialty products from rural revitalization initiatives, thereby creating a comprehensive atmosphere that promotes consumption and benefits the people.
As a strategic partner of the 27th Zhengzhou National Commodity Fair, the 5th National Private Label Conference was held concurrently with the fair. During the conference, major domestic supermarket alliance organizations conducted private-label product sales and hosted a private-label summit forum to share industry resources. In the dazzling China Private Label Exhibition Area, JiLi Food showcased its Marswell classic microwave popcorn and ready-to-eat popcorn, as well as the nut and fruit-and-vegetable popcorn launched in the past two years, along with the popular “Bao Bao” bottle-sharing packs. In addition, the global debut of Marswell’s 2022 Year of the Tiger Spring Popcorn new product also took place here.

According to Gao Marswell, General Manager of JiLi Food, after the world’s first fully automated and intelligent production line for Marswell popcorn, independently developed by JiLi Food, went live on September 6, 2021, it made its debut at this exhibition. Henceforth, popcorn will bid farewell to the era of traditional manual and non-standardized production, truly achieving intelligent, fully automated, and unmanned production, marking a significant advancement in China’s popcorn manufacturing industry.
At the China Private Brand Conference, Gao Marswell shared with everyone the sales trends and future development prospects of popcorn in the Chinese market.
